We visit residential yards weekly or bi-weekly in the Durham region area including Clarington, Bowmanville, Newcastle, Oshawa, Courtice, Whitby, Brooklin, Ajax, Pickering, Port Perry. We also serve outlying areas for ONETIME/SPRING cleans in Hampton, Blackstock, Orillia, Port Hope, Cobourg, Solina, Stouffville, Uxbridge, City of Kawartha Lakes, Lindsay, Kirkfield, Cannington, Omemee, Janetville, Coboconk, Fenelon Falls, Lorneville, Bethany, Gamebridge, Woodville, Beaverton, Manilla, Oakwood, Bolsover, Little Britain, Cameron, Cavan, Millbrook, Peterborough. If you don't see your location, text, call or email—we will try to accommodate your home!
Not at all. As long as we have access to your yard, we will handle the cleanup. The gate must be unlocked as we do not climb over fence/gates to access the yard. We prioritize security and respect your property.
We provide one-time yard cleanups for seasonal starts, special events, moves, etc. Contact us for a quote and we will get your yard back in shape quickly. One time/Spring clean payments are due at time of service. We bag and take away all the waste. It is disposed in accordance to local sanitation guidelines.
Nice easy flat rates. Our rates are based on an average city lot and the number of dogs. Larger lots may require an additional charge. New clients may be subject to an initial clean up fee if there is excessive amounts of dog waste. All charges are agreed upon before the first service.Full transparency and no hidden fees, ensuring you get the best value for your home.
No 'doggone' contracts. You can change or cancel your service at any time with 24 hour notice by simply sending a quick text, email or call (289) 688-8858.
Services are invoiced and emailed monthly and are subject to HST. Invoices are due at time of receipt. We reserve the right to suspend services on overdue accounts. You can simply etransfer your payment – details on invoice.
You can book your first visit through our online form, email,text or call us (289) 688-8858 directly. We will confirm your service day and provide a quick estimate for your specific yard needs. We do not enter your home to access your yard and we cannot guarantee our service if the yard has long overgrown grass as it makes it very difficult to clean – droppings will be missed.
We love dogs! If your pet is friendly, we are happy to work around them. If they are protective, we ask that you keep them inside during your clean up. We will contact you before our visit.
We work in all seasons! Your dog never stops going, we don't stop our service either. Families and pets still play in their yards during winter. We will postpone our service in heavy rainfall or snow. A credit will not be issued as we will make up our service delay. If you suspend your service for the winter, there will be a one time/ spring clean up charge before your weekly / biweekly service commences in the spring. Our dog parent clients are happy to continue our services through the winter months.
